Account Manager

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to become the primary liaison for its iGaming partners. You will build strong, trusting relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and help drive the adoption of new products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned iGaming partners, handling calls and meetings to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Present demos, inform partners about new tools, and manage the activation and integration of services.
• Coordinate with product and project teams to ensure smooth feature roll‑outs.
• Monitor operational metrics such as turnover and profit performance for each partner.
• Analyze partner site data to identify opportunities or issues proactively.
• Participate in cross‑departmental meetings to address partner queries and deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and support urgent requests, including occasional off‑hours work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or customer support within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of the iGaming or gambling industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of account management practices and client lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel internationally if required.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
