AI Sales Specialist – B2B SaaS & iGaming Solutions

About the role

SoftConstruct’s AI Center of Excellence is looking for an AI Sales Specialist to drive commercial success of AI‑powered solutions with iGaming partners. You will translate AI capabilities into concrete business wins, expanding pipelines and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle – discovery, demo, business case, negotiation and closure.
• Generate and qualify leads for AI‑driven CRM, risk‑management, recommendation and API products.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing B2B partners.
• Engage C‑level and product teams to position AI use cases and secure adoption.
• Track and report on AI‑driven revenue growth and pipeline health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS, IT or AI solution sales with a proven consultative track record.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player lifecycle, CRM, risk management and core gaming verticals.
• Analytical mindset capable of leveraging data to drive sales performance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
