About the role
SoftConstruct is expanding its AI Center of Excellence and seeks an AI Sales Specialist to drive commercial success of AI‑powered solutions for iGaming partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles including discovery, demos, business case development, negotiation and closure.
- Generate leads and build a qualified pipeline for AI‑driven solutions across CRM, risk management, recommendation systems and other iGaming products.
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing B2B partners.
- Engage C‑level and product teams to position AI use cases and achieve revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT or AI solutions with a proven consultative track record.
- Understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player lifecycle, CRM, risk management and core gaming verticals.
- Analytical mindset to leverage data for sales performance and pipeline optimization.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
