AI Workplace Solutions Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking an AI Workplace Solutions Engineer to drive modern collaboration and AI‑powered productivity across the enterprise. The role is fully remote within Armenia, allowing work from home or EPAM offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Microsoft Teams and core collaboration services, including meetings and voice capabilities.
• Enable and support AI‑powered tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot and ensure proper governance, adoption and cost control.
• Drive onboarding, licensing and compliance processes for AI applications and development tools.
• Support and optimise voice solutions, integrating with telephony platforms and SBC infrastructure.
• Implement automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph and related technologies.
• Provide advanced support for complex cross‑platform issues while maintaining security and enterprise AI governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
• Good understanding of modern cloud platforms and identity management (e.g., Entra ID).
• Exposure to voice and telephony solutions, including Teams Phone and SBC integrations.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and responsible use practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
