About the role
We are looking for a Chinese‑speaking Training and Information Processing Specialist to design and deliver training on our business software systems and to support users in daily operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and conduct training sessions on business software and related operational procedures.
- Explain software functionality and workflow to employees.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to software users.
- Process and manage information using specialized information‑processing software.
- Prepare training materials and operating instructions.
Required profile
- Excellent command of Chinese and good command of English.
- Relevant professional experience in a similar training or support role.
- Strong information‑processing and support service abilities.
- Good communication, organizational and training skills.
