Incoming Tour Manager (English Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Incoming Tour Manager who speaks fluent English to join our team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for designing and delivering memorable travel experiences that showcase Armenia’s rich culture and history.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Create and develop itineraries for international partners.
• Coordinate and communicate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any operational issues that arise.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both international partners and local suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture, and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
