AI Training Contributor – Armenian (Remote)

About the role

Lilt is looking for native Armenian speakers to join its AI Training Contributor program. As an independent contractor you will work remotely, applying your cultural knowledge to evaluate and improve AI‑generated content across text, audio and video formats.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, cultural relevance and brand alignment.
• Review, correct and annotate textual content, multimedia files and voice recordings.
• Identify visual artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors and cultural mismatches.
• Generate original content when required and provide concise, structured feedback for model improvement.
• Follow detailed evaluation guidelines, participate in calibration sessions and quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Armenian and strong command of English.
• Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator or evaluator is preferred.
• Comfortable working with text, audio and video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment.
