About the role

RED Invest Group, a leading real‑estate company, is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving property sales across primary, secondary and international markets while delivering personalized service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales of properties in primary, secondary and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored support throughout the purchase process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing dynamics and sector developments to provide informed advice.
• Utilize professional communication and negotiation skills to secure optimal deals for clients and the company.
• Record detailed interactions, prospects and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with other sales team members and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless sales and after‑sales processes.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Armenian, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and passionate about real‑estate.
• Willingness to continuously learn about the market, sales techniques and related legal frameworks.
• Active social media presence or desire to develop a personal brand that can attract new clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client data and sales pipelines.
