B2C Sales Specialist – Retail Plant & Landscaping

About the role

The B2C Sales Specialist joins O2Gardens to welcome visitors to our garden centre, understand their planting and landscaping needs, and guide them to the right products and services. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Yerevan and focuses on delivering a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their garden or office environment, and recommend suitable plants, landscaping products, and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain plant care, and provide maintenance advice.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Keep product displays organized and attractive.
• Answer customer inquiries, collect feedback, and support promotional and educational events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Interest or background in horticulture, landscaping, or ecological education.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yerevan with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in Armenian; additional English or Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale systems and simple sales record keeping.
