Boutique Sales Manager (Tom Ford)

About the role

The Tom Ford Boutique Sales Manager will lead the daily operations of the Yerevan boutique, ensuring sales targets are achieved while delivering the high‑touch customer experience expected of the Tom Ford brand. This full‑time, on‑site position combines team leadership, visual merchandising, and inventory oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the boutique’s sales floor, staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Coach and train team members on product knowledge, service standards and visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, track KPIs and identify performance trends.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and ensure resolution aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support local marketing initiatives and clienteling activities to build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a luxury or premium retail boutique, preferably in fashion, beauty or accessories.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on high‑touch experiences.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yerevan, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in the local language; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
