Brand Manager – Amazon Marketplace (Eastern Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to drive the performance of our brands on the Amazon platform across Eastern Europe, with a focus on Armenia. You will develop and execute data‑driven strategies to boost sales, optimise costs and improve conversion rates while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Amazon data and metrics, produce clear reports and propose actionable strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day brand operations, including best‑seller tags, pricing, PPC, coupons, deals and SKU optimisation.
• Track KPIs weekly, monitor market trends, competitor activity and Amazon rule changes.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain an accurate P&L.
• Partner with internal teams to share insights, develop campaigns and stay up‑to‑date with Amazon best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, P&L responsibility or e‑commerce, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Strong analytical ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Self‑starter attitude, positive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
