Cinematic AI Creator – Full‑time Contractor (6‑month)

About the role

We are seeking a Cinematic AI Creator to produce end‑to‑end cinematic content using generative video models. This full‑time contractor position lasts six months and works closely with product, creative and engineering teams to showcase what our AI can achieve.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, story‑board, shot‑list, generate, edit, add sound and deliver complete cinematic AI pieces.
• Build multi‑shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, lighting and geography.
• Design each shot deliberately – lens choice, framing, blocking, lighting, colour grade and camera movement.
• Create hero shots and set pieces for launches and style showcases.
• Define cinematic directions (camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions, VFX beats) clearly for productisation.
• Prototype new cinematic capabilities and set quality standards for shipped video.
• Test each new video model on release, reporting strengths, failure modes, motion quality and temporal consistency.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of film, series, commercials, music videos, short‑form or branded content, including AI‑native work.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, plot structure, pacing, shot design and editing.
• Command of cinematography fundamentals and precise prompt vocabulary.
• Hands‑on experience with generative video models and related image models.
• Ability to run a full production cycle alone, from concept to final delivery.
