Deputy Head of Cloud Services Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Cloud Services Sales to lead and coordinate our sales and operations teams across Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe. The role combines strategic planning, partner development and hands‑on management of cloud solution sales.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans for sales and operations departments and set long‑term sales goals.
• Coordinate and organise the work of sales and operations specialists in all territories, ensuring quality and balanced workload.
• Promote cloud solutions and professional services, develop value propositions for partners and drive partner channel growth.
• Achieve sales targets for market share, turnover, margin, partner count and end‑customer acquisition.
• Facilitate effective interaction between sales, operations and other internal departments.
• Participate in marketing planning and execution within the business territory.
• Manage accounting systems, monitor payments and minimise accounts receivable.
• Prepare quarterly reports for vendors and senior management.
• Build long‑term relationships with vendor representatives and key partners.
• Develop and lead high‑performing sales and operational support teams, including training and certification programmes.

Required profile

• Higher technical education.
• Fluent English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Proven experience in an IT company (partner, distributor or vendor).
• Track record of working with corporate clients and selling IT services/software.
• Deep knowledge of the IT market, vendors and partner ecosystem in the target regions.
• Experience leading a team of specialists in selling IT solutions.
• Ability to travel freely across Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Understanding of cloud service functionality and features.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services.
• Relevant cloud‑related certifications (advantageous).
