Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

AKCERN HOLDING is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise online campaigns that promote its real‑estate services and brand. Based on‑site in Yerevan, you will work closely with sales, legal, design and other cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, creating engaging content and community interaction.
• Coordinate digital content production for websites, newsletters and other online platforms.
• Run performance‑driven lead‑generation campaigns to attract qualified inquiries.
• Track, analyse and report on web traffic, campaign metrics and ROI.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, real‑estate, legal and design teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Experience with social media marketing and audience growth.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert digital traffic into enquiries.
• Solid understanding of web analytics and performance measurement.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate, professional services or related sectors is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
