Digital Marketing Specialist (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join DMS’s on‑site team in Yerevan on a part‑time basis. You will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns for the agency’s own brand across social media and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish content on DMS’s social media profiles and website.
• Run and manage paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web and social metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with designers and team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic experience with Google Ads or similar ad platforms.
• Ability to manage website content and interpret web analytics data.
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English.
• Capacity to work on‑site in Yerevan, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
