Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The Ecommerce Manager will lead Eldorado’s online retail operations in Yerevan, driving growth and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This full-time, on-site position reports to the direct manager and works closely with IT, marketing, sales and CRM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy based on market trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with IT & Development to maintain stable technical performance.
• Oversee product onboarding, catalog logic, and ensure accurate product information.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, AOV and other KPIs using digital analytics tools.
• Manage the UX/UI, category structure, filters and product pages on Eldorado.am.
• Partner with Marketing and CRM teams on campaigns and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual performance reports and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for e‑commerce.
• Experience with digital analytics tools.
• Understanding of CRM processes and funnel optimisation.
