Financial Controller

About the role

The Family Office is seeking an experienced Finance professional to take ownership of financial processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will build, refine, and maintain robust accounting operations while ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve internal financial control procedures from the ground up.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports.
• Manage and support external audits.
• Respond promptly to finance‑related queries from the CEO / Head of Finance.
• Effectively coordinate external consultants and legal advisors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control or treasury, preferably with IFRS exposure.
• BIG‑4 experience is highly preferred.
• Proven hands‑on experience building financial controlling processes from scratch and evolving them as the business grows.
• Very strong understanding of accounting principles and technical knowledge.
• ACC​A qualification (completed or near‑completed) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fast learner comfortable in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Upper‑Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
