About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Legal Officer to provide comprehensive legal support for our organization. The successful candidate will safeguard the company’s interests across all judicial, administrative, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance of all company activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage judicial and administrative proceedings, representing the company’s interests.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Handle legal aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency processes.
• Provide legal advice to internal divisions.
• Prepare legal opinions, conclusions, and strategic recommendations.
• Execute additional legal tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education in law.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in the legal field.
• In‑depth knowledge of civil law, procedural law, and administrative law.
• Practical experience with bankruptcy law and related proceedings.
• Excellent understanding of current Armenian legislation.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents and conduct thorough legal analysis.
• Experience representing corporate interests before courts and administrative bodies.
• High level of responsibility, organization, and analytical thinking.
