Growth & Sales Specialist

About the role

Zegashop is looking for a proactive Growth & Sales Specialist who will work with potential customers while also contributing to Zegashop’s sales and marketing growth. The position is full‑time, remote, with a salary of 150,000 AMD plus performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads, qualify them, and conduct product demos.
• Manage the customer journey in the CRM from first contact to sale.
• Follow up with interested prospects and previous leads.
• Work with trial users and help improve trial‑to‑paid conversion.
• Collect customer feedback, questions, and objections.
• Research the market, different industries, and new target audiences.
• Use sales insights to suggest new advertising and content ideas.
• Participate in testing new lead‑generation channels and marketing campaigns.
• Track which marketing channels generate the highest‑quality leads.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, AI, and technology.
• Proactive, organized, responsible, and results‑oriented.
• Excellent Armenian; English is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience creating Reels and short‑form social media content is a strong plus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and/or creating engaging video content.
• Basic understanding of social media content trends and hooks.
