HubSpot CRM Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Solutions Architect who can instantly see the clean architecture behind a messy portal and confidently explain Operations Hub to senior stakeholders. You will be the technical point of contact for prospective clients, turning uncertainty into confidence before contracts are signed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls that feel like genuine conversations, not check‑lists.
• Design, demo, and tailor HubSpot solutions (CRM, Sales, Service, Operations, Agent, Data, Revenue hubs) to address real business problems.
• Scope and estimate projects accurately, producing clear statements of work.
• Review sales documentation for technical soundness before signatures.
• Deliver comprehensive hand‑off documentation so delivery teams have no ambiguities.
• Occasionally build elegant workflows that showcase deep HubSpot expertise.

Required profile

• Proven HubSpot presales, solutions architecture, or senior consulting experience beyond admin‑level usage.
• Deep familiarity with CRM, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and related modules.
• Track record of discovery calls and demos that convert prospects.
• Comfort presenting to CEOs and senior VPs, with patience for junior team members.
• Fluent spoken and written English; full availability Monday‑Friday during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Relevant HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation highly valued).
