Independent Sales Representative – Armenia (Commission-Based)

About the role

We are seeking an independent Sales Representative to develop the Armenian market for our plastic garbage bags and related products on a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers such as shops, wholesalers, distributors and retailers across Armenia.
• Present PLT’s plastic garbage bags and other relevant products, gathering information on current brands, prices and purchasing needs.
• Build new business relationships, follow up leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Report market trends, customer requirements and competitor pricing to the commercial team.
• Collaborate with PLT’s commercial team to negotiate terms and finalize sales.

Required profile

• Resident of Armenia with a good knowledge of the local market.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, distribution or FMCG.
• Existing contacts with retailers, wholesalers or distributors is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable approaching business owners or purchasing managers directly.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Fluent in Armenian; Russian and/or English are a plus.
