Intelligent Automation Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Intelligent Automation (IA) team. You will design end‑to‑end architectures and guide engineering teams in delivering cutting‑edge RPA and automation solutions, helping clients replace repetitive tasks with innovative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review medium‑to‑large scale solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, Camunda, Flowable, Appian, n8n or similar tools.
• Create detailed solution architecture documents with deep technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and use‑case scenarios.
• Lead implementation from project kickoff to go‑live, including hands‑on coding of critical components, prototypes, PoCs and MVPs.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and resolve architectural issues across development teams.
• Participate in pre‑sale activities and contribute to the Solution Architecture Competency Center through knowledge sharing and best‑practice development.
• Ensure security and compliance of all system applications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture.
• Hands‑on development experience in Java.NET, Python or Node.js.
• Certified AWS, Azure or GCP Solutions Architect; TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Proven track record designing cloud‑native, micro‑service and BPM/RPA integrations.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns and Agile/SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL tools, SOAP or ESB.
