Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer – Monitoring Support

About the role

Intetics Inc. is looking for a Junior to Middle‑level DevOps Engineer focused on monitoring support. This part‑time, long‑term position involves staying on‑call during assigned shifts, watching alerts, and following predefined procedures to keep production systems stable.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts during European business hours.
• Investigate incidents using monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and Loki.
• Perform simple operational actions, including service or server restarts.
• Support AWS‑based cloud runtime infrastructure and Linux environments.
• Assist CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and version‑control workflows.
• Document incidents, actions taken and any configuration changes.

Required profile

• Junior to middle‑level experience in DevOps, SRE, Linux administration or cloud operations.
• Ability to follow predefined instructions and correctly escalate issues.
• Availability to work during European business hours.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.

Required skills

• AWS EC2 basics.
• Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
• Linux system administration.
• Scripting with Bash or Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Git version control, preferably Bitbucket.
