About the role
GroupTour is looking for a responsible, organized professional with strong interpersonal skills to accompany group tours abroad. You will ensure travelers enjoy a comfortable, safe, and high‑quality experience while representing the company at a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Accompany tourism groups on international itineraries.
- Organize and coordinate group movements throughout the entire trip.
- Ensure timely presence of travelers at airports, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
- Provide necessary information on program details, routes, schedules, rules, and logistical matters.
- Monitor proper execution of the tour program and respond to any issues that arise.
Required profile
- Experience in guiding group tours in various countries.
- Basic knowledge of first‑aid procedures.
- Active, energetic, and proactive personality.
