Lead BI Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead BI Analyst to drive data‑driven digital transformation across international projects in sectors such as oil & gas, finance, retail, e‑commerce, life sciences and healthcare. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Armenia while collaborating with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, interactive charts and reports, establishing visualization standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end data migration and modernization initiatives, overseeing ETL processes and data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and meetings with clients and senior stakeholders to align business needs with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct data discovery, assessment and profiling using advanced SQL queries and guide team execution.
• Define and maintain source‑to‑target mappings, data models, data flows and related documentation.
• Own backlog definition, prioritisation and Agile ceremonies (Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand‑Ups, Planning, Refinements, Retrospectives).
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, coordinate feedback cycles and ensure sign‑off.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level analysts, monitor deliverable quality and contribute to pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data‑related projects (migration, transformation, governance, BI, AI).
• 5+ years handling BI, DWH, data and analytical project requirements.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
