About the role

Gurus CRO is looking for a Mid/Senior Marketing Specialist to shape the brand’s positioning and drive measurable growth. You will translate strategic ideas into campaigns, content, and performance‑focused initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with business development goals.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns and organic social media efforts.
• Produce compelling content that supports brand positioning and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to turn market intelligence into targeted marketing actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and explain results.
• Comfortable working independently from concept through execution and analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in B2B marketing; background in clinical research, life sciences, or professional services is a plus.
