About the role

Join Dessange’s Yerevan salon as a professional stylist who welcomes clients, provides personalized consultations, and delivers premium hair cutting, styling, and coloring services in line with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival, manage appointments and ensure a smooth welcome experience.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to recommend suitable styles, cuts, and color techniques.
• Perform Dessange‑approved hair cuts, up‑dos, rinses, shampoos, and spa treatments.
• Apply hair extensions, highlights, straightening, and permanent wave procedures following brand protocols.
• Promote and sell salon products, cosmetics, and care items, providing after‑care advice for home use.
• Maintain station cleanliness, hygiene, and safety according to Dessange standards.
• Support team leaders, participate in promotional events, and contribute to customer loyalty programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end salon environments with a strong focus on client service.
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English, and Russian.
• Ability to listen, analyze client needs, and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and adaptability to diverse client profiles.
