.NET Tech Lead - Cards

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of our Credit & Payments platform within the Moneybase ecosystem. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will lead an agile team building enterprise‑grade software on the Microsoft .NET stack.

Key responsibilities

• Define user stories, tasks and timelines aligned with project goals.
• Guide the team to deliver features on schedule and meet sprint objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups and ensure transparent communication of work progress.
• Maintain high software quality using SonarCloud quality gates and rigorous code reviews.
• Own the solutions under your responsibility, including monitoring, dashboard creation, KPI definition and alert thresholds.
• Escalate performance issues to HR and senior management when necessary.
• Promote knowledge sharing and a collaborative team spirit.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading development teams in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
