Plant Health, Safety & Environment Lead

About the role
The Plant Health, Safety & Environment Lead will ensure that the company's health, safety and environmental standards are fully compliant with local legislation and international standards. You will act as a key driver for a strong safety culture across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with current Company H&S procedures and policies.
- Monitor changes in Armenian H&S legislation, ISO 45001 and other standards, and implement updates promptly.
- Organise health & safety training and knowledge assessments for employees.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections and accident investigations.
- Promote and raise the Company’s health and safety culture.
- Prepare timely and accurate corporate safety reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Good knowledge of Armenian health and safety legislation.
- Practical understanding of ISO 45001.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety.
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.
- Proficient computer skills.
