Pro Product Specialist

About the role

You will join the Pro Product Excellence team to drive success for residential and commercial service companies using Marketing Pro. As a key member, you will own the onboarding journey, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and act as the product expert for Marketing Pro users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for Marketing Pro customers, including a post‑live hypercare period.
• Provide ongoing support, optimization guidance, and full ownership of customer success.
• Collaborate with ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers to retain users and maximize ROI.
• Analyze usage data to uncover insights, create custom solutions, and identify potential issues.
• Serve as the go‑to Marketing Pro expert, answering questions and resolving common problems.
• Gather customer feedback for referrals, social sharing, and future adoption.
• Maintain a feedback loop with the Product team to communicate user experience and quality‑of‑life improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing multiple accounts with a proven success record, or 1+ year in a home‑services leadership role (GM, Ops Manager, etc.).
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can lead, motivate, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability, data‑driven decision making, and comfort working through temporary ambiguity.
• Understanding of recurring‑revenue business models and value drivers.
