About the role

We are looking for a proactive Listing Agent to expand our real‑estate portfolio by attracting new owners, presenting our services and closing profitable transactions. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate new client leads.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify client needs and motivations.
• Present services, organize weekly client visits (≈15 per week) and property showings.
• Prepare property valuations, contracts and coordinate photography and listings.
• Provide regular reports to clients and manage transaction documentation.
• Close deals, ensuring maximum service fees for the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in real‑estate sales or related field.
• Higher education degree.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term trust.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Own computer and basic IT knowledge; personal car is a plus.

What we offer

• Fixed salary plus performance bonuses and sales commissions.
• Work schedule: Tue‑Fri 10:00‑19:00, Sat 10:00‑18:00 (rotating).
• Office located in the city centre (Isahakyan 8).
