Salesforce Technical Architect (Remote – Armenia)

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join its remote‑first team serving global brands. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions while leading a development team and collaborating across a vibrant technical community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce ecosystem components.
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Participate actively in the Technical Architecture Community.
• Continuously expand professional qualifications through education and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform products.
• Proficiency with Git (branch merges, cherry‑picking, release tags, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of design and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Advanced familiarity with the Salesforce deployment toolchain (Salesforce DX, change sets, Data Loader).
• Good grasp of project delivery methodologies and testing processes (SIT, UAT, QA, automated, functional, performance).
• Ability to provide cost and effort estimations and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing integration architectures.
• Strong client‑facing skills and excellent written/oral English communication.
