Senior AI-assisted DevOps Engineer

About the role

Improvado is scaling its AI‑powered marketing intelligence platform and needs a senior engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, security, and cost‑efficiency of services that power data‑intensive analytics for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS/Azure/GCP Kubernetes clusters, including capacity planning, autoscaling, and incident response.
• Create and manage Helm charts, Terraform modules, and multi‑environment pipelines (GitHub CI).
• Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus/Mimir, Grafana, and CloudWatch; conduct post‑mortems.
• Administer databases and caches such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Support message brokers including RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and Temporal.
• Drive infrastructure security: IAM policies, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, encryption.
• Design network topology (VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs) and optimize cloud spend.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and deliver high‑quality results.
• Fluent English communication and availability during EST business hours.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
