Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust cloud infrastructures. You will lead automation initiatives, support migration projects, and ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications, automating workflows to boost efficiency.
• Migrate workloads to AWS, optimizing cost and performance while ensuring seamless transitions.
• Build, secure, and maintain AWS environments that are scalable and high‑performing.
• Enhance Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Provide CI/CD and IaC support to development teams.
• Set up cloud monitoring, cost‑optimization, and high‑availability configurations.
• Oversee full release processes, guaranteeing smooth deployments and continuous delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience operating production‑grade AWS systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, Load Balancer, API Gateway, Security Groups).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, DataDog, or Prometheus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline.
• Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration.
• Monitoring: CloudWatch, DataDog, Prometheus.
• Scripting: Python, Bash/Shell.
• Cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, access control).
• AWS cost‑management and optimization tools.
