Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer who will turn complex raw data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making. The role is fully remote within Armenia, allowing you to work from home or our offices in Yerevan or Gyumri while collaborating with marquee clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy high‑performance, visually compelling enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Gather and translate business requirements from product owners, analysts and client stakeholders, and conduct interactive demo sessions.
• Engineer optimal data models (dimensional, star, snowflake) and perform data profiling, preparation and quality validation.
• Leverage Python (Pandas, NumPy) to automate data pipelines, conduct statistical profiling, and embed predictive analytics into BI dashboards.
• Administer reporting environments, implement security frameworks such as Row‑Level Security and access governance.
• Contribute to modern data architecture discussions, aligning BI deliverables with data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses and datamarts.
• Define and execute testing methodologies to ensure data accuracy, speed and compliance with industry standards.
• Operate within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment and champion CI/CD and version‑control practices for BI assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining complex BI solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and modern data architectures.
