Senior Data Analytics & Visualization Engineer – Qlik Sense

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer with deep Qlik Sense expertise to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performance delivery of Qlik‑based analytics during a domain transition to EPAM. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Armenia while collaborating with finance, supply‑chain, and data‑platform teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own Qlik applications within assigned domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) and understand their load scripts, QVD usage, and business logic.
• Support shadow, reverse‑shadow, parallel run, and hyper‑care activities, troubleshooting BI defects, performance bottlenecks, and permission issues.
• Validate parallel‑run outputs, investigate discrepancies, and document evidence for sign‑off.
• Maintain operational readiness through runbooks, known‑issues logs, and monitoring inputs.
• Manage incident and problem tickets, and participate in assess‑and‑rationalise (4R) activities for the BI estate.
• Rebuild or refactor priority analytics assets and data models as modernization proceeds.
• Collaborate with the Snowflake data‑platform team and governance to align consumption patterns and controls.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience delivering BI solutions on Qlik Sense (on‑prem or SaaS).
• Proven ability to read, debug, and improve Qlik load scripts, data models, and front‑end performance.
• Background in production/BAU BI support, incident handling, and SLA adherence.
• Experience with modern data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) and SQL‑based data validation.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
