Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

About the role

MMDSmart is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own features end‑to‑end on a high‑traffic CPaaS/CCaaS platform. You will work on both Go backend services and a React/TypeScript frontend while leveraging AI coding agents as a core part of the development workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Build and maintain high‑load, distributed production systems.
• Integrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) into daily development and verify their output.
• Guide AI agents, review generated code, and take full ownership of the final product.
• Develop APIs, backend services, frontend functionality, and external integrations.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements.
• Improve codebase and development practices to enhance AI‑assisted engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior‑level fundamentals.
• Strong production experience with Go (minimum 4 years).
• Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; comfortable working on the frontend.
• Hands‑on experience building, debugging, and scaling high‑load distributed systems.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools beyond simple autocomplete.
• Ability to critically review AI‑generated code and make independent technical decisions.
