Senior Lawyer

About the role

Wise LLS seeks an experienced Senior Lawyer to independently manage complex corporate, commercial and regulatory matters for local and international clients. The role combines strategic legal advice with hands‑on contract work and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex corporate, commercial and regulatory legal matters.
• Provide strategic, business‑oriented legal advice to corporate clients.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, restructuring and day‑to‑day corporate affairs.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation such as founding documents, charters, resolutions and restructuring paperwork.
• Offer counsel on labor, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration and administrative law issues.
• Conduct legal due diligence, research and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation solutions.
• Represent and support clients in communications with counterparties, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide junior lawyers and legal assistants.

Required profile

• Law degree (Master’s or advanced qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, consultancy or corporate legal department.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, governance, contract law, labor law, IP, tax, civil, migration and administrative matters.
• Proven ability to work independently, analyse complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• Leadership experience supervising junior staff.
