Senior Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer to lead the sourcing of goods, works, and services within our indirect spend categories. The role focuses on competitive sourcing, supplier management, cost optimisation and compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for assigned indirect spend categories.
• Implement procurement guidelines, monitor market trends and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Conduct negotiations, develop commercial contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery, resolve supplier issues and apply Total Cost of Ownership principles.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in SAP and ARIBA, and prepare KPI and savings reports.
• Support procurement planning, identify new suppliers and drive process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Procurement, Economics, Management, Logistics, Finance or Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
