Senior Python Backend Engineer – CRM & AI/LLM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our HQ Automation division and AI/LLM team. You will help build and extend our CRM/ERP platform, create AI‑driven automation solutions, and improve the efficiency of our Customer Service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend features for the CRM/ERP product using Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Support and extend the Camunda orchestration platform.
• Integrate and maintain services that work with LLM models.
• Design service architecture, make technical decisions, estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.
• Lead development projects within the stream and coordinate team resources.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including senior‑level responsibilities.
• 5+ years of Python development with Django or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations for high‑load systems.
• Good understanding of GitFlow, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
