Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to partner closely with the Product Owner and drive end‑to‑end audit processes on our platform. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, help shape the product roadmap, and ensure the SAP Audit Management solution meets tax and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner’s right hand: convert requirements into functional specs, prioritize backlog, and influence roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from inception, covering audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution, aligning with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Lead functional and UAT testing cycles, coordinate defect resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting within an agile delivery team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and influence product direction.
• Experience with tax audit planning and execution within compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
