Senior Technical Support Specialist – FinTech & Open Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join Noda, our fast‑growing open‑banking payment platform serving the European market. You will work closely with merchants and internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure the stability of payment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support merchants during integration with Noda’s payment solutions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical and payment‑related incidents using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
• Diagnose root causes, coordinate resolutions with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams.
• Maintain smooth operation of payment flows and integrations.
• Improve technical documentation, integration guides, and the internal knowledge base.
• Participate in integration testing and quality‑control processes.
• Mentor junior team members and raise support standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical, integration, or payment support.
• Background in FinTech, PSPs, or open‑banking products.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• HTTP and API knowledge.
• Understanding of client‑server architecture and payment flows.
• Experience with logs and monitoring tools such as Kibana.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
