Trainer – Employment Contracts & NGO Document Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead a concise, two‑hour training session on employment contracts, document management, and template usage for NGO representatives. The trainer will adapt content to the specific context of NGOs operating in Armenia and deliver practical, workplace‑focused guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a two‑hour training session tailored to NGO needs.
• Customize training materials to reflect the Armenian legal and administrative environment.
• Develop practical examples, case studies, and exercises as required.
• Provide participants with relevant document templates, tools, and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure the session addresses real‑world workplace situations.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in Armenian labor, civil, or contractual law.
• Strong understanding of the legal and administrative framework of NGOs in Armenia.
• Experience working with NGOs, international organizations, or donor‑funded projects (highly preferred).
• Previous experience in training, facilitation, or consulting.
• Ability to explain legal and administrative topics clearly and practically.
