Travel Coordinator

About the role

SiGMA World is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Travel Coordinator to join its Travel team. The role supports employees with day‑to‑day travel needs, ensuring a smooth and well‑organized travel experience across the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, visas, and local transportation.
• Arrange suitable accommodation in line with company policies, budgets, and safety considerations.
• Manage airport transfers and other ground transportation to ensure efficient travel.
• Work closely with the flight‑booking team, providing travel details and confirming itineraries.
• Assist with tracking travel‑related expenses and maintain accurate records according to company policies.
• Provide timely support to travelers for questions, changes, or unexpected issues.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of travel arrangements, expenses, and related information.
• Follow company travel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
• Support the Travel team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a similar coordination role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine interest in helping others.
