About the role

We are looking for two experienced tourism professionals to join our leading travel company in Yerevan. One position focuses on outbound tour package creation and sales, while the other drives B2B partnership development for inbound tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Design, price and sell outbound tour packages, providing end‑to‑end customer support from inquiry to trip completion.
• Engage B2B partners, develop sales pipelines, and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow‑up on leads and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in outbound tourism sales or B2B travel sales.
• Proven ability to assemble and sell tour packages; experience with exotic destinations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Highly organized, responsible and results‑oriented.
