UI/UX Designer & Marketing Specialist – Junior+

About the role

HiJob is looking for a Junior+ UI/UX Designer & Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Armenia. The role is split between UI/UX design (about 70%) and marketing support (about 30%). It is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals with a strong eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve web and mobile interfaces using Figma, creating responsive layouts, wireframes, user flows, and UI components.
• Maintain visual consistency within existing design systems and prepare assets for developers.
• Review implemented interfaces, identify UX inconsistencies, and support continuous improvement of HiJob features.
• Adapt designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.
• Produce visual materials for social media and marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional concepts.
• Assist with LinkedIn and HiJob content creation, content planning, and market research.
• Help ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Practical experience with Figma and UI/UX design.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean, structured web/mobile interfaces and follow feedback accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency for communication and research.
• Responsible, proactive, and disciplined work approach.
