About the role

We are seeking a communicative and goal‑oriented Sales Specialist to join our expanding real‑estate team. The role involves guiding prospective buyers through available apartments, answering inquiries, and supporting them until the transaction is completed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and present various apartment options.
• Answer phone calls and manage correspondence.
• Provide detailed information on apartments, pricing, payment methods and mortgage programs.
• Organise apartment viewings and tours.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through the sales process.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Clear and articulate speech.
• Excellent command of Armenian and Russian (English is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real‑estate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary starting from 200,000 AMD, negotiable based on experience and skills.
• Office located at Ghapantsyan 3 with standard working hours: Mon‑Fri 09:30‑18:30, Sat 10:00‑14:00.
