About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team at Arcsis Realty in Yerevan. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our real‑estate services and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make timely callbacks.
- Present the company’s services and current offers to callers.
- Maintain follow‑up with customers and provide updates on construction progress.
- Record and manage customer interactions in the internal system.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the position.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work six days a week on a shift schedule (10:00‑15:00 or 15:00‑20:00).
- Full‑time availability.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
