Information Technology Administrator

About the role

Speed Odds is seeking a hands‑on, service‑oriented IT Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day technology environment for its Yerevan office. You will ensure employees have the hardware, software, access and support they need to work efficiently, while handling onboarding, off‑boarding and IT inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, phones and other employee equipment.
• Install, update and maintain software on workstations and manage Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, email accounts and application access, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues, providing day‑to‑day technical support.
• Maintain office Wi‑Fi, LAN, printers, meeting‑room equipment and other IT infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points and VPN solutions.
• Manage IT asset inventories, software licenses and subscriptions.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patch management, device encryption and security policies.
• Document procedures, asset records and troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT administration, support or systems administration.
• Strong experience with Windows workstations, Active Directory and user access management.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience supporting a company of 30+ employees and setting up new office IT infrastructure is a plus.

Required skills

• Windows administration and Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory and Group Policy.
• macOS device management (preferred).
• Google Workspace (preferred).
• Endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patch management and device encryption.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers, switches and access points.
• Remote support and troubleshooting tools.
• IT asset and software license management.
