About the role

We are looking for a Chinese Speaking Specialist to lead and deliver training sessions on our business software systems and related operational processes. The role involves explaining software functionality, guiding users through workflows, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective adoption.

Key responsibilities

Organize and conduct training on business software and operational procedures for employees.
Explain software functionality and workflow processes in both Chinese and English.
Provide continuous user support and assistance post‑training.
Process and manage information using specialized information‑processing software.
Prepare training materials, operating instructions, and documentation.

Required profile

Excellent command of Chinese and good command of English.
Relevant professional experience in a similar training or support role.
Strong skills in information processing and support services.
Effective communication, organizational, and training abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency with specialized software used for information processing.
